What if I place an order and don't like the product I receive?
- Message the Blue Billicat Team.
- Blue Billicat will provide you with a return address and restocking information.
- Return the purchased item to the Blue Billicat Team.
- A full refund will be provided for all unused and undamaged products that are returned within 30 days of the initial order.
What if my new apparel doesn't fit when I receive it?
- Message the Blue Billicat Team
- We will provide you with a return label to ship your product back.
- If you still like the style but need a new size, we'll ship the requested style back out in a new size if and when it becomes available in stock.
- If the correct size is not available or you simply do not feel the product is a good match for you, send it back and we will provide a full refund for all unused and undamaged products that are returned within 30 days of the initial order.
How did you come up with the name Blue Billicat?
- Funny story...The founder's college mascot was a Wildcat and her husband's college mascot was a Billiken. Throw in the name "Blue" for a middle name they considered for their third child, put them all together and walla! BLUE BILLICAT!
Is there any way to see the products in person?
- YES! Blue Billicat participates in various community events and periodically hosts pop-up shops so that our most dedicated fans can touch and feel the products in person. We'll let you know when we're going to be at our next event.
